I’ve spent the last twenty odd years working with patients trying to improve their health and the most frustrating thing for me is that so many people only work on their health when they’re feeling unwell and once their symptoms have improved, they go back to the old habits that made them sick in the first place.
Despite having a high value on heath, I find that I also fall off the wagon and allow my healthy habits to slip. Then I beat myself up and climb back on. Not the healthiest way of doing things!
I decided that I can either live with my own frustration and the frustration of seeing people who come to me for help continuing to struggle, or I can put together a program combining psychology and physiology to help myself and others stick to a way of living that ensures great health and loads of energy.

Progress is determined by how well you track things. Tracking progress is like using a GPS to get to a destination. The GPS gives feedback on the fastest route and keeps you on track. If you deviate from the route, it recalculates and gets you back onto the best route to reach your destination.
So how is this program different from every other life style or weight loss program out there?
It doesn’t’ focus solely on nutritional programs, types of exercise etc. Instead it teaches you concepts that make forming new habits much easier.

As I said earlier, we all know that eating whole foods, avoiding processed foods and exercising regularly is good for us.
